The initial core of St Jude's Hospital College of Nursing can be traced back to the year 1985. That is St. Jude’s Hospital School of Nursing, which has proven excellence in Nursing Education through the years up to this date. Diploma in General Nursing and midwifery started in 1985, with annual intake of 20 students. B.Sc. Nursing Program started in September 2017 and upgraded to college of Nursing with annual intake of 40 students. This College belongs, to the Catholic diocese of Jhansi, and managed by Sisters of St. Joseph’s of Chambery. St. Jude’s Hospital, Jhansi is its parent hospital with 185 beds. We emphasize on value education, intellectual and clinical training of the students so that they can excel in their nursing career. We are committed to improve the health of individuals and communities. We have experienced faculty in various specialties. College has well furnished class rooms equipped with educational aids. Library. Amble opportunities with exposures outside the campus, with well disciplined platform make St Jude's Hospital College of Nursing different in the society where we function.

Our college have only the residential program. All the students have to reside in the Students hostel provided by the college of nursing.
College of Nursing has well experienced teachers who are experts in teaching in the class rooms as well as in the clinical setting as per the requirement.
Thus with the outdoor exposures the students will able to handle not merely medical situations, but will grow stronger to handle any life situations in their life journey ahead.
